Supplied to every client who buys a new or used vehicle from 1000 Islands Toyota, the card is just one of the many reasons for our continued success.
Your Platinum Card membership benefits include:
- Enjoy the convenience of having your vehicle picked up at your home or place of business for a small charge.
- Receive a $10.00 per hour discount on non-discounted or non-maintenance menu work on any vehicle brought in for servicing by card holders. Now you can take advantage of the super quality of servicing by our technicians for all of your vehicles, and at a lower cost.
- In-town, we provide a convenient free "shuttle service" to your home or office, when you bring your vehicle to us for servicing.
- With Platinum Card membership, a Courtesy Car is available on an hourly or daily basis. There are no rental or mileage fees, you pay only the insurance surcharge at the rate of $5.00 per hour to a maximum of $20.00 per day.
- Parts and Service are available on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Closed on Saturday from the end of June to Labour Day)
- We provide a free beeper for you to carry when your vehicle is in for servicing, should we need to keep in touch with you. For example, when extra work may be needed, or to let you know immediately that your vehicle is finished.
- Seniors receive 10% discount on any regular priced service.

Our exclusive used car exchange policy
Remember that every used car comes with our exclusive used car 30 Day Exchange Policy. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the used vehicle you have purchased, 1000 Islands Toyota will refund the entire amount against any similarly priced or more expensive new or used vehicle. Excessive wear and tear is, of course, at the owner's responsibility.
