Finance and Insurance Sales Manager

1000 Islands Toyota is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as our full-time finance and insurance sales manager.   

The successful candidate will be someone with excellent communication, sales and customer services skills along with an ability to maintain all of the paperwork and scheduling required to run an effective and efficient business office.  1000 Islands Toyota is a busy dealership which will provide strong income potential for individuals capable of working within a fast-paced environment.   

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to obtain financing through lenders on vehicle purchases in conformance with provincial and federal laws
  • Sell other products offered by the dealership and manufacturer such as warranties and insurance.
  • Ensure compliance within all finance and other product deals, associated paperwork and processes and uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business.
  • Provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties, and of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
  • Prepare all required documents regarding vehicle and product purchases in a timely manner and in accordance with established laws and procedures
  • Maintain manufacturer targets for product sales
  • Maintain effective working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
  • Perform other duties as required
