For contactless service:
1. Ask for contactless service when you book your appointment
2. Leave keys in Service dropbox (in provided envelope)
3. After service, staff sanitize the driver's area of the vehicle
4. Staff will return the vehicle to an outdoor "pickup zone" on the lot
