Christmas is the season to bring tidings of comfort and joy. As one ordinary citizen I have had the extraordinary pleasure of owning a Toyota Camry since they first appeared on the Canadian market. After that first purchase I vowed that my days of shopping for a new car were over. I have owned a Camry ever since and am now on my seventh! When I consider the outstanding service that I have received from 1000 Islands Toyota in Brockville, I find myself considering the mantras and mottos that abound in the commercial world as well as in the armed forces and the police. For example, a well known foundry in Hamilton decided to describe itself as "Our Product is Steel ; Our Strength is People. The Algonquin Regiment in Northern Ontario has the motto, "We Lead, Others Follow" and the Police emblazon. "To Serve and Protect" on all their vehicles. I have found that by taking any slogan or motto at random from any organization which is known for Trust, Integrity and Dependability' can readily be applicable to 1000 Islands Toyota. The reason is clear. The staff collectively and individually are people persons. Their pleasant approach, knowledge of the product, congeniality, patience and professional guidance make them the epitome of the well known saying; "You never get a second chance to make a first good impression". I have seldom experienced being called by name by every staff member of a dealership months after a first introduction, but it happens at 1000 Islands Toyota.
Thank you all for providing comfort and joy in my new XLE Camry and for making me feel like family on every visit. It is always worth the 2-hour drive from home.
